  1. General Disclaimer
    We are committed to delivering high-quality services, including digital marketing, ad management, website development, and creative design. However, we cannot promise or guarantee specific monetary returns, follower counts, engagement numbers, or lead volumes, as performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, such as competition, product demand, market pricing, platform changes, and user behavior.
  2. Google Ads Limitations & Ethics
    We will not use any shortcuts, scripts, or black-hat techniques to bypass Google’s system or policies.

    We do not create fake leads, impressions, or engagement through bots or spam tools.

    If Google rejects your ads, suspends your account, or flags your website, we are not liable. This is a third-party decision beyond our influence.

    We will help with appeals, but success is not guaranteed.
  3. Client Communication Policy
    We are available during working hours for support via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

    Late-night calls, voice notes, or unprofessional behavior may result in communication restrictions or termination of the project.
  4. Working Days
    Our official working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Sundays and national holidays are non-working days unless previously agreed.
  5. Gmail Access Requirement
    To properly connect Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and other services, you must share a valid Gmail ID with us. Without this, technical setup will be incomplete.
  6. Account Access & Transparency
    You retain ownership of your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platform accounts.

    We may request admin or manager access to perform tasks, but we will never make unauthorized changes or claim account ownership.
  7. Prohibited Client Behavior
    Abusive messages, threatening tone, or repeated disrespectful conduct will result in immediate service termination without refund.
  8. Business Alignment
    We only work with ethical, legitimate businesses. If we find that your product or service violates any platform guidelines or legal policies, we reserve the right to withdraw from the project.
  9. Fraud Prevention & Service Termination
    If we discover:
    False claims about your brand
    Use of blacklisted products
    Misuse of platforms
    We will immediately end the agreement. No refund will be issued.
  10. Ethical Business & Data Security
    We follow GDPR-style ethics:
    Your business ideas, login info, designs, and data will never be leaked, sold, or reused.
    Team members are under strict NDAs and internal compliance.
  11. No Data Selling Policy
    We do not sell client data, campaign insights, or designs to competitors or third parties.
  12. External Content & Third-Party Platforms
    We are not responsible for the content, uptime, or technical errors of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or custom websites you own.
    We will suggest changes, but implementation and server-side issues must be resolved by your tech team or hosting provider.
  13. Payment Terms
    100% advance required before project start.
    For long-term or milestone projects, the payment breakdown will be defined in the contract.
    Delayed payments will pause all active services until cleared.
  14. Third-Party Link Use on Landing Pages
    We don’t allow linking of external URLs (like your website, WhatsApp, or booking forms) on landing pages created by us unless previously discussed and approved.
  15. Unauthorized Edits
    Do not make manual edits to ads, websites, or tracking codes without notifying us. This can break the system and cause performance issues. We are not liable for any self-inflicted errors.
  16. Service Termination Notice
    Monthly services require a 7-day written notice for cancellation.
    Retainer projects (3+ months) need 15 days' notice before termination.
    No refunds are issued for partially completed periods.
  17. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for:
    Google algorithm changes
    Platform bans
    Data loss due to third-party tools
    Client-side delays
    We will always try our best, but cannot offer performance guarantees due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms.
  18. Google Compliance Disclaimer
    All campaigns are designed based on Google Ads policies. If your product is flagged, we will assist with reinstatement, but we cannot assure success.
  19. Ad Budget Management
    Your media spend goes directly to Google, Meta, etc.; we do not earn commissions from it. We only charge for management, design, or consulting services.
  20. A/B Testing Timelines
    Effective testing takes time. We require a minimum of 14–30 days to properly analyze results and suggest optimizations.
  21. Design & Development Delays
    Delays in approvals or feedback from your end will shift project timelines. Delivery timelines are based on active collaboration.
  22. Website Downtime Responsibility
    If your website goes offline due to hosting/server issues, we cannot run ads or take responsibility until it's restored. Downtime will be counted as inactive billing days.
  23. Pricing Adjustment Policy
    If your scope increases significantly mid-project (e.g., adding platforms, extra pages, or automation), the cost may be revised with written notice.
  24. Budget Fluctuation Impact
    Google Ads budgets may fluctuate day to day due to bidding and algorithm adjustments. We optimize but don’t control Google’s billing system.
  25. Revision Policy
    You are entitled to 2 free revisions per deliverable. More than 2 rounds will be billed additionally at a pre-agreed rate.
  26. Response Time Policy
    Standard response window:
    Emails: 24 hours
    WhatsApp: During business hours
    Urgent requests outside hours may not receive immediate replies unless premium support is active.
  27. Asset Delivery Timeline
    Final files (logos, websites, creatives) are delivered only after complete payment. Partial payment may result in withheld deliverables.
  28. Scope Creep Clause
    New work outside of the agreed scope (e.g., extra landing pages, new integrations) requires either:
    Additional charge, or
    Written approval with a timeline extension
  29. Retainer & Lock-in Clause
    Retainer contracts have a minimum 3-month commitment. Early termination will forfeit any unused period, and no refund will be issued.
  30. Performance Realism Clause
    Clients should expect realistic, long-term performance. The early stages (the first 30 days) are used to test and collect data, not guarantee profits.
  31. Plugin & Hosting Disclaimer
    We are not responsible for:
    Plugin conflicts
    Broken themes
    Cheap/slow hosting
    Clients should use only vetted tools we recommend.
  32. Billing Dispute Policy
    Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the invoice. Beyond this, all amounts are final.
  33. Temporary Suspension Clause
    We may pause your project if:
    Payments are overdue
    Approvals are pending beyond 5 business days
    Communication is stalled repeatedly
  34. Onboarding & Training
    We provide brief onboarding to help clients understand their dashboards, reports, and campaign basics. Full training is not part of standard deliverables.
  35. Project Closure Policy
    If a project remains inactive for 21 days (no feedback, response, or approval), it is marked as voluntarily closed. A restart fee will be applicable.
  36. Multi-Platform Policy
    Visuals and messaging may vary slightly across platforms (e.g., Meta vs. Google) due to platform restrictions and best practices.
  37. Optional NDA Agreement
    We are open to signing an NDA upon request to protect sensitive information shared during the project.
  38. Legal Jurisdiction
    All legal matters will be governed under the jurisdiction of [INSERT LOCATION]. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in this region only.
